DEFINITE Sisters!!

Wow! We got Jillian's 4-month portraits yesterday and I realized that in the picture, Jillian's wearing a pink dress with white satin shoes, the same her sister wore when she had her 4-month portraits taken! Well, when I held them side-by-side for comparison, they look VERY similar!

Just had to share these...they're amazing!!

Jayna's visit with Santa!!

This made Jayna's 3rd year to visit with Santa, and with each year it gets more exciting! Last night and all day today, Jayna was talking about going to see Santa. And tonight, her dream came true!

Our neighborhood association hosted Santa at the local elementary and so we decided to take the girls to see Santa. Jayna had her list all planned out...Thomas the Train and Princess computer games, Cinderella stuff, doll clothes, and more books. When it was her turn, she literally RAN to Santa, jumped in his lap and hugged him real tight. She gave him a big kiss on the cheek and he gave out a BIG, "HO HO HO!!!"

It was a night she didn't stop talking about. She absolutely cannot wait for Santa's visit this year!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Our Christmas Wreath

Today was the day we were going to go get an official Christmas Wreath to put on our front door. We've had wreaths in the past, but they've always been real evergreen and hung outside due to the fact that I'm highly allergic to them.

As I picked up Jayna from school today with the intention of going directly to the store to get one, Jayna greeted me at the door of her classroom with her handmade Christmas wreath in hand!I honestly have to say, it is the most beautiful wreath I've ever seen! Immediately, plans were changed. We came home and hung it on our front door for all to see!

Jayna is so proud of this wreath and even moreso that we hung her wreath on our front door!!

Cheetos

Today, as I was fixing Jayna's lunch, she asked me, "Mommy, I want titties."

HOLY COW! What kind of a question is THAT!

I asked her to repeat herself several times and thought that maybe by the 40th time, I'd be able to figure out just what she was asking because I knew that the literal question was not what she really wanted!

Finally, I said, "Jayna, show Mommy what it is that you want because I don't understand your question." She walked to the pantry and pointed at the CHEETOS! She wanted CHEETOS!

Good Grief!!

I've got to buy the "Parent's Guide to the 3-Year Old Mind"...is there such a book??
